Our inspection approach is tailored to the product specifications and may cover human and synthetic hair products, wigs, extensions, hair accessories, and cable ties or wiring accessories. We use clear inspection steps to support product consistency, reliable order handling, and communication with international buyers.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming materials and components are checked against applicable order requirements and internal inspection standards before they enter production or order preparation. Depending on the product, checks may include appearance, color, texture, dimensions, construction, material condition, and component compatibility. Any observed variation is reviewed before the materials proceed.

2. In-Process Quality Control

During production and processing, inspections help confirm that key operations follow the relevant product specifications. For hair products, this may include checks on weft construction, lace condition, attachment, color consistency, and styling characteristics. For accessories and cable ties, checks may focus on dimensions, finish, fastening features, and structural condition. Inspection points are selected according to the product and order requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are reviewed for visible defects, workmanship, and conformity with the agreed specifications. Depending on the product, inspection may cover dimensions, color, texture, hair density or coverage, lace appearance, stitching, fastening performance, and overall presentation. Products that do not meet the applicable requirements are referred for review and appropriate handling.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, packaging is checked for product protection and suitability for handling and transport. We also review order details, product identification, quantities, and labeling against the available shipping information. These checks help reduce mix-ups and ensure that the shipment is prepared in line with the buyer’s instructions.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Buyer feedback and inspection findings are reviewed to identify the cause of quality concerns and determine appropriate corrective actions. Where relevant, findings may lead to adjustments in material checks, process controls, product handling, or packaging instructions.
